Trial Chair Policy
Office chairs are available for trial periods of up to 5 working days. Once the trial period has ended, the chair(s) must be purchased or returned to The Chairman. Non-purchase, freight charges will be invoiced to client.
Persons or companies wishing to trial chairs at their home or office must approve the applicable delivery charges in writing via email before delivery. They also need written approval from us before initiating the trial. There is no charge for the trial itself, the only charge is for pickup and delivery. All chairs must be returned in their original condition. Chairs which have been damaged during the trial, or if any attempt has been made to alter the chairs or if they have been dropped or broken, will not be accepted back into stock by the Chairman and an invoice will be issued for the retail price of the chairs as advertised on The Chairman website.

Terms and condition
It has to be in new condition. The buyer has to pay for freight charges. No refund will be made unless chair is inspected in our possession if return due to choice (e.g colour) and nothing wrong with the chair manufacturing 30% restocking fees would be applied*.
